This website (the "Site") is Level Up Market Intel, a free, public, informational tool that publishes San Francisco residential real estate market data. It is operated by Level Up Group, a team of real estate agents affiliated with Compass. This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use describe how the Site handles information and the terms on which it is provided. They do not apply to any other website or service, including the main Level Up Group website or Compass.
The Site is a static, read-only tool. It has no sign-up, no account, no contact form, no newsletter, and no text-message program, so we do not ask you for or collect your name, email, phone number, or similar contact details through this Site.
Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider may automatically keep standard server logs when you load a page. These logs can include your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, the pages requested, and the date and time. This technical data is used to operate the Site, keep it secure, and understand aggregate usage. We do not use it to build a marketing profile of you.
This Site does not set cookies, does not use local or session browser storage, and does not run third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels (for example, no Google Analytics and no Meta or other ad pixels). Because we do not perform cross-context behavioral advertising or set tracking technologies, there is nothing to opt out of for those purposes on this Site.
The Deep Dive Tool includes an interactive map. To draw it, your browser loads the open-source Leaflet mapping library from a content delivery network and loads map tiles from third-party map providers, including OpenStreetMap and CARTO. When those resources load, those providers receive your IP address and standard request data as a normal part of serving map imagery. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies. If you do not use the map, those tiles are not requested.
We use the limited technical information described above to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Server logs are retained only for a reasonable period for security and operational purposes and are then deleted or anonymized in the ordinary course. We rely on reputable hosting and follow generally accepted measures to protect the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is intended for a general, adult audience and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the "CCPA"), gives you rights regarding personal information that a business collects about you, including the right to know, to access, to delete, to correct, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Because this Site collects only limited technical data automatically and does not sell or share personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, most of these rights have little to apply to here. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level Up Group and Compass are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.
Third-party links. The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control and are not responsible for. Links are not an endorsement.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
