Over the last 90 days, houses were the most contested type: 91% sold over asking, a typical result of +25.4% over. Condos were the least: 62% over asking, +3.1% typical. San Francisco is not one market; check the type you own or want before reading any citywide number.

Houses, condos and TICs are from the Residential family; 2 to 4 units are duplexes, triplexes and fourplexes. On-MLS closed sales only: off-market sales are excluded here and included on the Market Intel home, so the two can differ slightly.
